Forklift Batteries and Chargers Repair and Maintenance

Total Maintenance and Repair (TM&R) Services

With our TM&R program, you pay a flat monthly fee per battery and charger, covering all standard maintenance and repairs for the duration of the contract.

Batteries:

Visually inspect overall battery condition
Check battery for damaged jars and covers
Check electrolyte levels and verify water system fill cap operation
Replace damaged or missing vent caps
Inspect battery cables, connector and contacts
Record voltage and gravity readings of cells
Visually inspect single point watering system for damage

Chargers:

Adjust DC charge rates and calibrate where applicable
Inspect charger cables, housing and contacts
Inspect all DC fuses, diodes, connections of cables and wires
Inspect and validate ammeter
Vacuum/blow out interior of charger cabinet
